Carole Nash are a leading specialist provider of vehicle insurance and Urban was there for the launch of their classic car insurance service. Not only did they invest in the classic car market but they were innovative in the products they provided.

Challenges and decisions

After we’d built their website, they wanted us to build an app that a customer could use to access their account, store receipts, take condition photos and most importantly, take incident photos that would be date and time stamped.

Making changes

Working with us over a period of time, we created funtionality allowing a customer to upload all details of the incident including a 2nd party’s insurance and contact details. It would be received by Carole Nash instantly reducing delay and inaccuracy of incident reporting.

Ultimately, Carole Nash were seeking a way to streamline the often fraught process of submitting a report and setting a gold standard customer service.
